Shopping Bags - Up-cycled feed-sack grocery bags or tote bags

These reusable shopping bags are handsewn by me, from woven plastic feed sacks, from either our own animal feed or that of farmer friends, keeping them out of a landfill.  The bags vary somewhat in size and shape, see list below for exact measurements. Most are between 5 & 6" deep (for comparison a standard paper grocery bag is 6-7" deep) but the smaller ones are often 4" or so, well-suited for books, laptops, and similar larger but flat objects.
The straps can comfortably sling over a shoulder one-handed (the elbow will pass through unobstructed) and these bags are very sturdy - I top-stitch all the vertical edges, as well as the front and back bottom edges for strength and so that it maintains its shape and folds up well.
